WAIVER

WHEREAS, Duchesne County is conducting a program to assist property owners with the removal of old mobile homes; and,

WHEREAS, removal of the mobile homes will be accomplished by the property owner, with or without the assistance of a contractor hired by the owner; and,

WHEREAS, Duchesne County is offering a financial incentive for removal of said mobile homes and wishes to assume no liability or responsibility should damages occur during removal of said mobile home(s) by the property owner or the contractor hired by the property owner.

NOW, THEREFORE, The undersigned property owner(s) do hereby agree to hold Duchesne County harmless for any damages arising from the demolition or removal of the mobile home on owner’s property under the Duchesne County Trailer Removal Program.
