The Council of the City of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for personnel matters in the conference room at the city building, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.

Mayor Duncan called the executive session to order at 4:00 p.m.

Council members in attendance were Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steve Byington, Leigh Turben, Healy Jackson, and Sam Dorf. Also, in attendance was Oakwood resident Aaron Finley.

Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 5:20 p.m.
