A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 20 North, Range 10 East, Delaware County, Indiana, and being that part of the grantor’s land lying within the right of way lines depicted on the attached Right of Way Parcel Plat, marked EXHIBIT “B”, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said quarter-quarter section, designated as point “50” on said plat; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 08 seconds West 689.55 feet along the south line of said quarter-quarter section to the centerline of Buck Creek and the point of beginning of this description: thence continuing South 89 degrees 47 minutes 08 seconds West 264.54 feet along said south line; thence North 0 degrees 18 minutes 11 seconds West 31.60 feet to point “301” designated on said plat; thence North 89 degrees 41 minutes 49 seconds East 272.54 feet to the centerline of said Buck Creek; thence South 9 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds West 11.17 feet along the centerline of said Buck Creek; thence South 15 degrees 44 minutes 03 seconds West 21.86 feet along said centerline to the point of beginning and containing 0.196 acres, more or less, inclusive of the presently existing right-of-way which contains 0.083 acres, more or less.
