      1. The borough has 1200 documents and 12,553 pages that are not WCAG (2.1 or 2.2) compliant on its website.
      2. Two pieces of software will need to be purchased to remedy the problem and one will show what manually needs to be done:
      3. DocAccess - a gamechanger for documents that aren't readable by screen readers. It transcribes documents into transcripts so that people with disabilities can access the information
      4. AudioEye - transcribes webpages for people with screenreaders
      5. Acquia Web Governance, helps municipalities proactively manage accessibility, performance, and quality assurance by scanning your website and providing a list of errors that you must manually fix.
    2. Complaints About Finding Parking Info
      1. Default Parking page is the Overnight Parking permit page.
      2. Should the navigation menu on the Parking page have the ParkMobile page as the default.
