My name is Andrew Bousman, and I am interested in serving on the Delaware County Fair Board. As a lifelong supporter of agriculture, a 10-year 4-H member, and a leader in the dairy industry, I am passionate about strengthening our agricultural community and helping create a great fair experience for local families.

Throughout my career, I have served in several leadership roles within the dairy industry, including Quality Assurance Manager, Dairy Task Force Manager, Assistant Regional Dairy Director, Regional Dairy Director, and currently National Dairy Operations Director. These positions have given me valuable experience in operations, budgeting, marketing, problem-solving, and working directly with farmers and agricultural organizations.

I have built strong relationships with dairy producers by helping them improve profitability and overcome challenges. I enjoy finding practical solutions, working with others, and bringing new ideas to the table. My personal motto is "Grade A Every Day!", reflecting my commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

I believe I would be a valuable addition to the Delaware County Fair Board because of my agricultural background, dairy industry knowledge, and passion for community involvement. I would bring fresh ideas and practical insights to help make the fair even better for families while increasing attendance, improving exhibitor experiences, and enhancing profitability for the fair as a whole.
