intersection with Vista View Dr. and its intersection Fox Run Lane in Hamiton Township, Delaware County, Indiana.

There shall be a speed limit of 30 miles per hour on 26th St. starting at its intersection with Hoyt Ave. and going west to its intersection with Tillotson Ave. in Center Township, Delaware County, Indiana.
3.
The County Highway Department of Delaware County, Indiana, is hereby authorized to erect appropriate signage pursuant to the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
4.
The penalty for violation of this ordinance shall be as herein setforth in Article XVI, Section 16-1.
5.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
