WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That Rickie G. Shafer of Delaware County, in the State of Indiana, CONVEYS and WARRANTS to Board of Commissioners of Delaware County of DELAWARE County, in the State of Indiana for and in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following described REAL ESTATE, in the State of Indiana, County of Delaware, to-wit:
Being a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 19 North, Range 10 East, in Monroe Township, Delaware County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a spike at the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 22, Township 19 North, Range 10 East; thence North 00 degrees 35 minutes 58 seconds West 35.43 feet (assumed bearing) along the West line of said Quarter-Quarter Section; thence North 75 degrees 03 minutes 13 seconds East 71.59 feet to a point on the center line of Old Road #3; thence South 48 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West 81.20 feet along said centerline to a point on the South line of said Quarter-Quarter Section; thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 27 seconds West 8.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.033 acres, more or less.
