Section 3. Rotation for Service. The person appointed shall continue to be appointed until such time as the Commissioners make another appointment.

Section 4. Effective Date This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Board of County Commissioners of Delaware County, Indiana.
