Municipal County-Wide LIT
- Allows all municipalities to opt into a county-wide municipal services rate
- Caps distribution to each municipality at 150% of their population share of the county
LIT Re-Adoption
- First time adoption carries for 3 years, then annually adopt thereafter
Fire/EMS LIT
- Removes 20x multiplier for service area and allows County Councils to determine the distribution method
