Amendment No. 2

THIS AMENDMENT NO. 2 IS MADE AND ENTERED INTO THIS 15^th DAY OF June, 2026 BY AND BETWEEN LOCHMUELLER GROUP, INC., HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “CONSULTANT” AND DELAWARE COUNTY, INDIANA BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “OWNER”.

W I T N E S S E T H

WHEREAS, OWNER and CONSULTANT did on March 17, 2025 enter into an Agreement to provide services for certain services related to infrastructure federal programs and other engineering administrative and/or general administrative services including, but not limited to civil engineering, grants, program management, funding, and other services and operational programs or functions related to County Public Works on an “as-needed” basis, and

WHEREAS, OWNER request to extend the expiration date of the Agreement , and

NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between both parties that the original Agreement be amended as follows:

The fourth paragraph under WITNESSETH is modified as follows:

This Agreement is effective as of January 1, 2026, and expires on September 30, 2026.

Except as herein modified, changed, and amended, all terms and conditions of the original Agreement dated March 17, 2025 and Amendment No. 1 dated January 5, 2026 shall continue in full force and effect.
