The Council of the City of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for personnel matters in the conference room at the city building, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.
Council members in attendance were Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steve Byington, Leigh Turben, Healy Jackson, and Sam Dorf.
The following members of staff was present: City Manager Katie Smiddy.
The meeting was to review the city manager's employment, her 2025 key accomplishments and 2026 goals, and to discuss changes to her existing Employment Agreement dated September 12, 2024.
The meeting began at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 9:10 p.m.
