Being a continuation of the public hearing on the matter of an application filed by Local Union No. 855 of the Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Inc., requesting a variance from the terms of the Delaware County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to allow a reduced front setback for an existing structure, for a building addition not to further encroach in a business zone, on premises located at 4601 South Meeker Avenue, Center Township, Delaware County, Indiana, as more accurately described in the application.
