The Council of the city of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for personnel matters at 5 p.m. in the second floor training room of the city of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.
The following members of council were present: Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steven Byington, Mr. Robert Stephens, Mrs. Anne Hilton and Mr. Christopher Epley.
Mayor Duncan opened the executive session at 5 p.m.
Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 7:45 p.m.
