Call to Order

President Sherry Riggin called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and welcomed those in attendance. The meeting proceeded in accordance with the published agenda.

Roll Call

Roll call was conducted. Present were President Sherry Riggin, Vice President Stephen Brand, and Commissioner Shannon Henry. A quorum was declared.

Announcements

Jeff Hansard, Chief Probation Officer, recognized Jayne Meranda, Community Corrections Director, as Employee of the Month. He noted her leadership, professionalism, and contributions to public safety and community engagement. Ms. Meranda thanked her staff and colleagues for their support.

Board of Health

Commissioners noted that candidates are currently under consideration. No action was taken.

Civic Center Authority

No updates were provided. Discussion included upcoming legislation allowing consolidation of tax-related boards. No action was taken.

Fair Board

Commissioners reviewed a recommendation to appoint Mark Di Fabio

American Tower Lease Amendment remains tabled pending additional information.

Approval of Minutes
