Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission
WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to add FY27 CN Utilities for INDOT project DES# 2002415, At various locations in the Greenfield District (Traffic Signals Modernization), to add FY27 CN Utilities in the amounts of $70,000 federal HSIP funds and $8,000 of state matching funds was requested by INDOT; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to update the funding program and division of costs for INDOT project DES# 2002415, to FY28 CN in the amounts of $2,275,000 federal HSIP funds and $252,000 of state matching funds was requested by INDOT; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on September 10, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:
Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to add FY27 CN Utilities for INDOT project DES# 2002415, At various locations in the Greenfield District (Traffic Signals Modernization), to add FY27 CN Utilities in the amounts of $70,000 federal HSIP funds and $8,000 of state matching funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
Section 2. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to update the funding program and division of costs for INDOT project DES# 2002415, to FY28 CN in the amounts of $2,275,000 federal HSIP funds and $252,000 of state matching funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
