Certification

This shall certify that the funds required to meet the municipality’s (or township’s) obligations set forth herein during the fiscal year in which this contract is made or obligation incurred, have been lawfully appropriated for such purpose and are in the treasury or in process of collection to the credit of an appropriate fund free from any previous encumbrance.
