We are pleased to quote you the following, subject to the terms and conditions:
Unless otherwise stated in this proposal, all work will be performed during regular Koorsen Fire & Security business hours.
Koorsen Fire And Security Technicians will perform and/or provide the following based on results of the most recent service call(s):
- Continue troubleshooting the ground fault which will require the use of the customers lift on site to locate and access all day room smokes.
Upon completion of the repairs outlined in this quote, KFS will place the Fire Alarm System back into service. Any additional, existing or newly identified troubles, deficiencies, or code issues not included in this scope are excluded and may require a separate quote.
KFS will use customers lift on site when available.
- Price does not include any additional work other than what has been outlined in the scope of work above. Any additional approved work will be billed at time and material.
- Price does not include unknown associated fees as they may apply.
- This proposal does not include fire watch as required by NFPA 101 Standard. Customer shall contact AHJ.
* A convenience fee of 3% of the invoice amount will be charged for payments made by credit card.
* Please be advised that due to the evolving international trade environment, pricing is subject to change if tariffs are implemented prior to proposal approval or material procurement.
This proposal is valid for 30 days.
