The Council of the city of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for personnel and property matters at 4 p.m. in the council chamber of the city of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.

Council members in attendance were Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steve Byington, Councilmember Rob Stephens, Councilmember Anne Hilton and Councilmember Leigh Turben.

The following members of staff were present: City Manager Norbert Klopsch, Law Director Rob Jacques, Engineering and Public Works Director Doug Spitler and Public Safety Department Captain Kevin Pruszynski.

Also attending was Scott Knebel, P.E., of CMT Engineering.

Mayor Duncan opened the executive session at 4 p.m.

Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 5 p.m.
