FileToWeb PDF-to-Page E2E

This one-page PDF verifies the ProudCity Pages workflow split.

The plugin should create a draft Page, upload this PDF to FileToWeb, poll until ready, and replace the draft content with editable HTML.

Expected checks

• Normal Proud Document sync does not create a WordPress Page automatically.
• Pages > Convert PDF to Page creates exactly one draft Page.
• When ready, that same draft Page receives WordPress-local HTML content.
