The Council of the city of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for Council Retreat in the second floor training room of the city of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue.
The following members of council were present: Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steven Byington, Mr. Robert Stephens, Mrs. Anne Hilton and Mr. Christopher Epley.
The following members of staff were present: City Manager Norbert Klopsch, Leisure Services Director Carol Collins, Finance Director Cindy Stafford, Public Safety Director Alan Hill, Law Director Rob Jacques, Personnel & Properties Director Jennifer Wilder and Engineering & Public Works Director Doug Spitler.
The meeting began at 5:00 p.m. with a dinner meal. All were present for the dinner meal, except Councilmember Anne Hilton who joined the meeting at 5:30 p.m. At 5:30 p.m., discussions started on financial matters and strategic planning.
Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 7:23 p.m.
