- Shroyer Road Project: Mr. Klopsch mentioned that he will deliver a PowerPoint presentation on the Shroyer Road Project during his city manager report at the regular session this evening. A review of traffic accident data shows that the conversion from a 4-lane roadway to a 3-lane roadway with a dedicated center left turn lanes was very successful.
