This page documents the Fruitland Cemetery plat map managed by Duchesne County Library System. The map shows a cemetery within a dashed boundary, with numbered blocks 1 through 13 and a separate UNK section. Individual burial lots are arranged in groups and rows within the blocks.

Map layout and relationships

  • A broad road runs horizontally through the map, separating the upper row of Blocks 1–7 from the lower area containing Blocks 8–13.
  • Additional roads curve around the right end of the upper roadway and continue along the cemetery boundary.
  • The UNK section is shown separately at the far right of the plat, outside the main numbered-block group.
  • The map legend identifies occupied graves, un-occupied graves, the boundary, roads, and structures / flag pole. It also identifies the block labels as Blocks 1–13 and UNK.

The Burial Index & Plot Numbers table provides the recorded deceased or owner name associated with each listed lot identifier; the lot prefix corresponds to its block (for example, 5-1 is in Block 5).
