DELAWARE-MUNCIE METROPOLITAN PLAN COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to increase PE for INDOT project DES #2501417, Bridge #509, Delaware County on McGalliard Road over Muncie Creek, to increase FY27 PE to $216,100 local CBR funds for a total increase of $80,100 was requested by Delaware County; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on July 15, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to increase PE for INDOT project DES #2501417, Bridge #509, Delaware County on McGalliard Road over Muncie Creek, to increase FY27 PE to $216,100 local CBR funds for a total increase of $80,100, as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
