PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners will meet in a combined working meeting and regular meeting on Tuesday, September 02, 2025, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in the Duchesne County Administration Building in Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following:

  • Opening Comments
  • Pledge of Allegiance
  • Emergency Management Update
  • Discussion & Consideration of Purchasing Equipment for Antenna TV
  • Discussion & Consideration of the Board of Equalization (BOE) Adjustments
  • Auditors Office – Vouchers – Tax Adjustments – Deferrals - Fund 41 – Purchases – Payroll – Surplus
  • Consideration of Minutes of the Combined Commission Meeting held August 25, 2025
  • Consideration of Minutes of the Commission Public Hearing Meeting held August 25, 2025
  • Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting
  • Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events
  • Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss:
    1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual;
    2- Collective Bargaining;
    3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation;
    4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property;
    5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and
    6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct
