The Council of the city of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for personnel matters in the conference room at the city building, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.
Council members in attendance were Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steve Byington, Rob Stephens, Leigh Turben and Healy Jackson. Staff in attendance was City Manager Norbert Klopsch. Also attending was Greg Horn from Management Advisory Group, LLC.
Mayor Duncan called the executive session to order at 3:00 p.m.,
Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 4:50 p.m.
