Being a public hearing on the matter of an application filed by Terra Haisley, Terra Time Properties, LLC, Terra Time of Country Club Road, and Terra Time, INC, requesting a variance of use from the terms of the Delaware County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to allow the operation of a nature-based enrichment program, accessory structures (including a pavilion and storage shed) without a dwelling, and a ground sign for the business, all in a residence zone, on premises located at 1112 North Country Club Road, Liberty Township, Delaware County, Indiana, as more accurately described in the application.
