Subscription Policy

Your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of every month, regardless of the creation date of your account. This renewal will continue until we receive a cancellation notice via email. To cancel your subscription, please send an email to sbrennan@duchesne.utah.gov or sverduzco@duchesne.utah.gov.

Please note that if you cancel after the 5th of the month, you will still be charged for that entire month. It is important to notify us of any cancellations before this date to avoid being charged.

After 45 days, your account will be shut off and a $10.00 past due fee will be added to your account every month for any unpaid balances. This fee will continue to accrue until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

You will be charged based on the number of documents viewed. Please do not view documents more than once or be sure to save them, as this will result in being charged double for those items. To avoid unnecessary charges, make sure you only view or save documents as needed.
