PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Duchesne County Commissioners, Uintah County Commissioners, and 7 County Infrastructure Coalition will meet in a special meeting on Thursday, August 8, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Uintah County Commission small conference room at 152 East 100 North, Vernal, Utah. Some members may participate electronically. To act on the following items:

• Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss:
  1- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation;

  2- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property;
• Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting
