All funds received by the Delaware County Auditor's Office from the Lien Administrative Fee shall be deposited into a Non-Reverting Fund #4934, Auditor's Lien Administrative Fee Fund.

This Ordinance and the fees herein shall be effective ten (10) days after approval.
