THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF HEALTH, CITY OF OAKWOOD,
STATE OF OHIO
The meeting was held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in the conference room at the Oakwood City Building, located at 30 Park Avenue.
Attending in person were:
Excused absences were Dr. Steve Enseleit, M.D., Health Commissioner, and Dr. Bill Coyne, DDS.
Dr. Denka called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and led a discussion on the following agenda items:
Minutes of Previous Meeting: Dr. Denka asked that the minutes of the July 22, 2025, meeting be reviewed. There being no requested edits, motion to approve by Dr. Hardy; second by Dr. Maimon. Upon viva voce vote, motion passed and the minutes were approved.

Report from Environmental Health Director: No report.
Report from Health Commissioner: No report.
Report from Board Administrator/City Manager: No report.
Old Business: None.
New Business:
- Resolution 25-9 Fees for Food Service Operations, Retail Food Establishments, Body Art Establishments, and Swimming Pool Establishments, First Reading and Public Hearing. The Board conducted a first reading and waived the second reading. Motion to approve by Dr. Hardy; second by Dr. Maimon. Upon viva voce vote, resolution passed.
Dr. Denka shared that he will be stepping down from the committee, making this his final meeting. Mayor Duncan congratulated Dr. Denka on his 20 years of service on the Board of Health.
There being no other business, at 5:38 p.m., Dr. Denka adjourned the meeting.
