Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed amendment to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to add INDOT project DES #2600077, Various Locations in Greenfield District (Access Control) (Safety), FY26 PE in the amounts of $345,000 Federal STBG funds and $86,000 State funds was requested by INDOT; and

WHEREAS, a public input period was held from April 21, 2026 through April 28, 2026 in accordance with DMMPC policy; and

WHEREAS, the proposed amendments above were reviewed and approved by the TPC by e-vote concluding on April 30, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Transportation Policy Committee of the DMMPC as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be amended to add INDOT project DES #2600077, Various Locations in Greenfield District (Access Control) (Safety), FY26 PE in the amounts of $345,000 Federal STBG funds and $86,000 State funds as shown on Exhibit A.
