The Council of the city of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for Council Retreat at the Smith Gardens House, 11 Walnut Lane, Oakwood, OH 45419.
The following members of council were present: Mayor William Duncan, Vice Mayor Steven Byington, Mr. Robert Stephens, Mrs. Anne Hilton and Mr. Christopher Epley.
The following members of staff were present: City Manager Norbert Klopsch, Assistant City Manager Jay Weiskircher, Leisure Services Director Carol Collins, Finance Director Cindy Stafford, Law Director Rob Jacques and Captain Alan Hill.
The meeting began at 5:00 p.m. with a dinner meal. At 5:30 p.m. discussions started on financial matters and strategic planning.
Mayor Duncan adjourned the executive session at 7:45 p.m.
