WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to adjust FY2026 purchase on MITS project MUN-26-003, Replace up to three (3) propane light-duty paratransit vans in FY 2026, by adding $25,949 Federal 5310 flex funds and $3,892 MITS matching funds, and decreasing Federal 5310 funds to $433,635 and MITS matching funds to $76,524, was requested by MITS; and
WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on May 28, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:
Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified to adjust FY2026 purchase on MITS project MUN-26-003, Replace up to three (3) propane light-duty paratransit vans in FY 2026, by adding $25,949 Federal 5310 flex funds and $3,892 MITS matching funds, and decreasing Federal 5310 funds to $433,635 and MITS matching funds to $76,524, as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
