Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to increase FY28 CN for INDOT project DES# 2301081, SR3 at CR 700 South, 0.41 miles (Intersection Improvement, RCI) (Safety), to increase FY28 CN from $1,598,432 to $2,176,432 Federal NHPP funds and to increase CN State funds from $399,608 to $543,608 for a total increase of $722,000 was requested by INDOT

WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on March 4, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified to increase FY28 CN for INDOT project DES# 2301081, SR3 at CR 700 South, 0.41 miles (Intersection Improvement, RCI) (Safety), to increase FY28 CN from $1,598,432 to $2,176,432 Federal NHPP funds and to increase CN State funds from $399,608 to $543,608 for a total increase of $722,000 funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
