The Council of the city of Oakwood, State of Ohio, met in an executive session for personnel matters in the second-floor training/community room at the city building, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, OH 45419.

Council members in attendance were Mayor William Duncan, Rob Stephens, Leigh Turben and Healy Jackson. Vice Mayor Steve Byington attended remotely via telephone. Also attending was Greg Horn from Management Advisory Group, LLC.

Mayor Duncan called the executive session to order at 1:00 p.m. and adjourned the executive session at 4:00 p.m.
