Being a continuation of the public hearing on the matter of an application filed by The Housing Authority of the City of Muncie, Indiana, requesting variances from the terms of the City of Muncie Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to allow reduced landscaping in the rear and side buffer yards, all for a new storage unit in a business zone, on premises located in the 1500 block at the northeast corner of Madison Street and 9th Street, Muncie, Indiana, as more accurately described in the application.
