The outcome will result in the one field parcel zoned R-2 Residence Zone, and all of the parcels with duplexes on them zoned as R-5 Residence Zones. This will put the parcels in compliance with our Ordinance, since multi-family units are not allowed in a R-2 Residence Zone.
