Annual Temporary Food Establishment
Fee Ordinance Acknowledgment
The Delaware County Board of Health Fee Ordinance No. 2018-019 states that Annual Temporary Food Establishments are only permitted to operate at Registered Events. Registered Events are events that have been registered through the Delaware County Health Department.
It is the responsibility of food vendors to confirm that the events they attend are Registered Events. If the event is not already registered by the host or sponsor, a food vendor may register the event with the health department. The fees for event registration are as follows:
Food Service Event Registration
| Registered 30 days or greater in advance | $35.00 |
| Registered 29-15 days in advance | $50.00 |
| Registered 14 days or less in advance | $70.00 |
If an Annual Temporary Food Establishment is found to be operating anywhere besides Registered Events, they may be subject to permit revocation. Repeated and egregious violations of the ordinance may result in the inability to renew permits in the future.
