Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Delaware County, Indiana, pursuant to the provisions of Indiana Code § 36-1-11-1 et seq., is offering for sale the following County-owned real property:

Legal Description: Lot Numbered 12 in Block Numbered 11 in Rochester and Utica Land Company’s Addition to the City of Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana
The minimum acceptable purchase price for this property is $200.00. Offers below this amount will not be considered.
Sealed offers to purchase the property will be accepted by the Delaware County Commissioners until Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. (noon).
