Human Resource Update

Human Resource Director Judy Stevenson gave an update on her department. There is a staff meeting tomorrow, and the Employee Appreciation Event is coming up on May 15^th. She is requesting that employees RSVP so they can get an accurate count of the food. There is a part-time I.T. position open, and they are conducting interviews for the Justice Court Clerk today.

Commissioner Killian seconded the motion. Commissioner Chugg voted aye, and Commissioner Killian voted aye. The motion passed.

Consideration to take action during the closed session

Commissioner Chugg made a motion to sign the agreement for the six remaining defendants in the Opioid Settlement, for a grand total of $97,625,000.00, with an unknown amount coming to Duchesne County, and to authorize the County Attorney's Office to sign. Commissioner Killian seconded the motion. Commissioner Chugg voted aye, and Commissioner Killian voted aye. The motion passed.
