Commissioner Miles made a motion to enter into a settlement agreement and authorize the chair to sign the opioid settlement. Commissioner Killian seconded the motion. Commissioner Miles voted aye, Commissioner Killian voted aye, and Commissioner Hansen voted aye. The motion passed.
