1. Consideration to review for approval the preliminary plat for the Wildhorse Ridge 1 Subdivision in the Roosevelt area.
2. Continuation of the recessed public hearing for the consideration of Ordinance 26-432 amending the Duchesne County land use code to include:
- a. Substantial changes to the Appeal Authority code to comply with Utah State code, as amended;
- b. Updates to all references to Utah State code, as amended;
- c. The combination of all names and titles of the land use authority and its administrative body to one title name and one body name;
- d. Updates to subdivision exemptions to comply with Utah State code, as amended;
- e. Changing the name of administrative-approved subdivisions; and
- f. Updates to subdivision final plat approval code to comply with Utah State code, as amended.
