Contracts or Agreements for Approval
Justice Center Auditorium – BW Construction
Proposal not to exceed $47,500 for architectural, structural, MEP, and code compliance services.
Funding to be paid from EDIT Project No. 12 (Capital Projects).

Addendum to Lease Agreement – Muncie Recovery (MyOpCo, LLC)
Approval of addendum authorizing $152,399 in tenant-funded improvements to the Addiction Recovery Center facility.
Motion by Commissioner Henry to approve the addendum.

Delaware County Courthouse Bell Relocation
Proposal in the amount of $22,000 for relocation of the historic courthouse bell to county property.
Funding from EDIT Project No. 12.
