Registration of New
Students

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Registration for the upcoming school year is now open. Students registering for Kindergarten must be 5 years old by Sept. 30 of the school year in which they will begin.

STUDENT REGISTRATION PROCESS

You can complete this process online.

Please Note: You must have a working and accessible email address for this process. If you need to create an email address, you can click here to create a free Google account.

1. Click here (or copy and paste this URL: https://pecps.powerschool.com/public/formbuilder/form.html?formid=208586).
2. Fill out the Pre-registration application with the student information, household information, and parent/legal guardian information.
3. Receive an email confirming the submission of the pre-registration form followed by a second email once the pre-registration form is reviewed and approved by staff. The second email includes instructions on how to create your PowerSchool Parent Portal account that will be needed to complete the process. See Important Documents below for detailed instructions.
4. Once you create your PowerSchool Parent Portal account, complete the forms found under the Forms tab under Enrollment.
5. Once the forms above have been completed, contact the Registrar for your child's expected school to schedule an appointment to finish the student registration process in person.
