    • Regional Economic Impact Forum: Mr. Klopsch shared that he and Mayor Duncan attended the Greater Dayton Regional Economic Impact Forum last week. Most of the discussion focused on the negative impact of inflation.
• MISCELLANEOUS
  • Energy Aggregation: Mr. Klopsch stated that there is increasing discussion about natural gas and electricity aggregation amongst local government leaders. This will be a topic of discussion at the June 13 MVCC Gov-Tech meeting.
  • EV Charging Station: Mr. Klopsch reported that the charging unit has been installed, and the pavement marking, installation of the Oakwood logo and signage, and final electrical connection and testing will be completed this week. Discussion ensued on the method to be used to establish a user fee. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be scheduled for late May.
  • That Day in May: Mr. Klopsch reviewed the timeline for “That Day in May,” including details about the parade.
  • Emails: Vice Mayor Byington and Mrs. Hilton mentioned that they recently found a number of city business emails in their spam folders and not in their inboxes. Mr. Klopsch will ask the city’s IT consultant to investigate the matter.
