DELAWARE-MUNCIE METROPOLITAN PLAN COMMISSION

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to move FY26 PE to FY27 on INDOT project DES #2300869, I-69 NB Bridge over Pipe Creek, 3.95 miles N of SR 28 (Bridge Deck Overlay), in the amounts $89,775 Federal NHS funds and $9,975 State matching funds was requested by INDOT; and

WHEREAS, the proposed modification above was approved and processed by the Muncie-Delaware Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) Muncie MPO on April 13, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Delaware Muncie Plan Commission (DMMPC) as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be modified to move FY26 PE to FY27 on INDOT project DES #2300869, I-69 NB Bridge over Pipe Creek, 3.95 miles N of SR 28 (Bridge Deck Overlay), in the amounts $89,775 Federal NHS funds and $9,975 State matching funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
