Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission

WHEREAS, the Delaware-Muncie Metropolitan Plan Commission (DMMPC) is the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), as designated by the Governor of the State of Indiana, for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Policy Committee (TPC) is the policy committee of the Metropolitan Planning Organization involved in the transportation planning process for the Muncie Urbanized Area; and

WHEREAS, the proposed amendment to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to add INDOT project DES #2401329, I-69 large culvert over, 6.390 mi N SR 32 (Small Structure Pipe Lining), to add FY27 PE in the amounts of $154,000 Federal NHS funds and $17,000 State matching funds was requested by INDOT; and

WHEREAS, the proposed amendment to the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP to add INDOT project DES #2401329, to add FY29 CN in the amounts of $659,000 Federal NHS funds and $73,000 State matching funds was requested by INDOT; and

WHEREAS, a public input period was held from May 8, 2026, through May 15, 2026, in accordance with DMMPC policy; and

WHEREAS, the proposed amendment above was reviewed and approved by the TPC by e-vote concluding on May , 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the TPC of the DMMPC as follows:

Section 1. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be amended to add INDOT project DES #2401329, I-69 large culvert over, 6.390 mi N SR 32 (Small Structure Pipe Lining), to add FY27 PE in the amounts of $154,000 Federal NHS funds and $17,000 State matching funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.

Section 2. That the FY 2026-2030 DMTIP be amended to add INDOT project DES #2401329, to add FY29 CN in the amounts of $659,000 Federal NHS funds and $73,000 State matching funds as shown on the attached Exhibit A.
