Members of the public who wish to speak to the Council at a meeting will be asked to sign in and will be called upon in the order in which their names appear. Others who did not sign up will be called upon after all who have signed in have been given the opportunity to speak. Public comments may also be submitted electronically or in writing at CountyCouncilDIST@co.delaware.in.us. It is the expectation that all public comments will be cogent, concise, respectful and be limited to three (3) minutes.
