The Oakwood Community Improvement Corporation, State of Ohio, met on Monday, December 14, 2020, in the council chambers of the City of Oakwood, 30 Park Avenue, Oakwood, Ohio 45419.
Mayor William Duncan called the Annual Organization Meeting to order at 8:07 p.m.
In attendance were the following trustees:
It was moved by Mrs. Hilton and seconded by Mr. Byington that the minutes of the January 6, 2020 Annual CIC Organization Meeting be approved. Upon a roll call vote on the question of the motion, same passed unanimously and it was so ordered.
The 2021 Officers will remain the same as 2020.
