The appeal filed by Edward Bell on premises located at 2607 South Madison Street, Muncie, Indiana is continued to the next monthly meeting on September 24th, 2026 at 6:00 pm.
BZA 16-26Special Use
The appeal filed by Leslie Ginder, on premises located at 2900 West Petty Road, Muncie, Indiana has been changed to a Special Use and will first be heard by the Metropolitan Plan Commission at a public meeting on September 3rd, 2026 at 6:00 pm and will then come before the Board of Zoning Appeals at the next monthly meeting on September 24th, 2026 at 6:00 pm.

Being a continuation of the public hearing on the matter of an application filed by Rhonda A. Jarvis, requesting variances of use from the terms of the Delaware County Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance, to allow the keeping of farm animals on less than 5 acres, to allow a reduced setback from the animals to the closest dwelling, and to allow the operation of a 4H business all in a farm zone, on premises located at 8891 North County Road 925 West, Harrison Township, Delaware County, Indiana, as more accurately described in the application.
